Before booking an initial consultation, complete your free health assessment. This gives your practitioner everything they need to make your session as effective as possible.
Book Your Appointment
Choose a practitioner and a time that suits you — video, phone, or in-person. Initial consultations are 40–60 minutes.
Receive Your Personalised Plan
You'll leave with a written bespoke protocol stored in your profile: herbal recommendations, dietary guidance, recipes, and clear next steps — all in your wellness dashboard.
Ongoing Support & Follow-Up
Follow-up appointments allow your practitioner to review and refine your protocol as your health evolves. Your progress and recommendations are always accessible in your profile.

Common Questions
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly. Our practitioners work alongside conventional medicine and will always advise you to see a GP for anything that requires urgent medical attention.
Is this suitable for children?
Yes, with parental or guardian consent. Our practitioners see clients of all ages, but consultations with under-18s require a parent or guardian to be present and to provide written consent. Please mention the child's age when booking so we can ensure the right safeguarding measures are in place.
How quickly will I see results?
Every person is different. Some clients notice changes within weeks; others take longer. Your practitioner will give you an honest assessment at your consultation.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 48 hours notice where possible. You can manage your appointments directly through this platform.
Are online consultations as effective as in-person?
Yes. Our practitioners conduct video and phone consultations with the same depth and rigour as in-person visits.
Do all practitioners charge the same?
Pricing varies by practitioner and appointment type. Each practitioner sets their own rates, which are shown clearly on their profile before you book.
